Coacher Construction remodeled my bathroom; they started on June 1st and were done on June 11 which was a week ahead of schedule. I was really shocked when it comes to how quickly they finished it and how great it looks. Coacher Construction did our remodel within the construction time schedule, in fact, they finished earlier than promised. They did a great job on the intricate tile work and the quality of workmanship was evident throughout the various aspects of the finished product. Even when they were doing demo (a messy job), they left the house cleaner then when they got there. I do have to admit, when I walked into my house at first I was upset because I thought that they hadn't shown up or done any work! "We moved from Virginia and bought a "fixer-upper" in a very nice neighborhood. Coacher Construction was recommended to us by a family friend and what a happy day that was. We had to rely on them to get construction/remodeling started while we still were in Virginia. Patty came to Sioux Falls every couple of weeks to check on progress. Every trip was more reassuring that we chose the right contractor. Keith coordinated everything to our satisfaction and then some. He was more than willing to do things we requested that he possibly had misgivings about, but with his guidance and skill, everything came out perfect.
Now that we have been in our house six months, we have Coacher Construction remodeling a basement laundry room and are creating a guest suite.
