We moved from Virginia and bought a "fixer-upper" in a very nice neighborhood. Coacher Construction was recommended to us by a family friend and what a happy day that was. We had to rely on Keith to get construction/remodeling started while we still were in Virginia. Patty came to Sioux Falls every couple of weeks to check on progress. Every trip was more reassuring that we chose the right contractor. Keith coordinated everything to our satisfaction and then some. He was more than willing to do things we requested that he possibly had misgivings about, but with his guidance and skill, everything came out perfect.

Now that we have been in our house six months, we have Coacher Construction remodeling the basement laundry room and are creating a guest suite.

We highly recommend Keith and his team, and will continue to have him do any work have in the future. If we ever build our dream house, Keith will be in charge.

Keith did an outstanding job on our basement finish project. We could not believe how fast we got our bid considering we called two other contractors and they didn't call us back for 3 days.
